How to drink

A Paper Plane is best served in a cold coupe glass after being shaken with ice. Pour three ounces into a shaker with plenty of ice, shake hard for ten seconds, and strain. The shake adds just enough dilution and a light, silky texture.

  • The Paper Plane is often served without a garnish, but if you’re looking to impress, fold a miniature paper plane and perch it with a clip on the rim of the glass. It’s the bartender’s signature nod to the cocktail’s name.
